BOOK A CLASS

Ready to find your flow? You can reserve your spot in any of our upcoming sessions by selecting your preferred time through our booking portal.
 

To keep things simple, we do not require prepayments online; please pay onsite when you arrive, as we have EDC machines available for quick and easy card transactions. We highly recommend coming 10 minutes early to settle onto your mat, check in with the instructor, and prepare your mind for the practice ahead.

All class passes can be purchased at the shala ~ cash or card machine.

GENERAL INFO:

• For each reservation we will prepare your mat & accessories.

• This calender is to 'reserve' a mat only, please pay onsite.

• We trust that anyone reserving a mat will arrive 10 mins before class

• If you have a class pass and need to cancel, not a problem, we can transfer it to another time.  Please let us know 1 hour before the class.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:

Cancellations: We kindly request at least 2 hours' notice for any cancellations

Refunds & Credits: While we do not offer monetary refunds, the full value of your session will be issued as an online credit to your account for future use

Manage Your Sessions: You may easily view or reschedule your bookings via the Member Portal on our website

Non-Transferable: Please note that session credits are assigned to your personal account and are non-transferable

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
ALL SPORTS RECOVERY

Recovery is essential. In this class, we will focus on poses and movements to alleviate body aches and tightness caused by various sports, including surfing, padel, running, and more. You will learn effective recovery methods, aimed at restoring flexibility and promoting overall well-being. Enhance your recovery routine and ensure your body performs and rests in a harmonious balance. We tailor all classes to your needs.

COMMUNITY BREATH WORK & MEDITATION

We invite you to explore the significant advantages of mindfulness and breathwork. By actively and regularly participating in this practice, you can elevate your focus, reduce stress, find and nurture your inner peace. Through patterns of breathing and stillness, this session will deepen your self-awareness, boost resilience and mental clarity. We offer this class for Free, as our Karma class and dedication to this vital element of the pathway of Patanjali’s eight limbs of Yoga.

MOBILITY YANG TO YIN

This class is a hybrid class starting with elements to work on your mobility and energise your circulation (Yang) and will be completed by deep Yin stretches. Taking the best of both worlds, we will  integrate various mobility movements that target specific body parts with the goal to prepare them to open up even deeper in the second half of the practice. You will find your muscles even more ready to dive into Yin’s calmness after allowing them to get nourished by an enhanced blood flow in the first part of the class.

YANG TO YIN

Find balance and harmony in this unique yoga class that combines a flow pace and a relaxing pace. A Vinyasa inspired class together with dynamic movements accompanied with deep relaxation poses. This practice will help you cultivate a balanced connection between body and mind.

MOBILITY FLOW

In a Mobility Yoga class, participants engage in dynamic stretches and targeted exercises to boost flexibility and range of motion effectively. By emphasizing areas such as hips and shoulders, the class aims to enhance overall movement quality and reduce the risk of injuries. Through a blend of yoga, stretching, and strength training, individuals can cultivate improved mobility, balance, and a deeper mind-body connection, fostering a holistic approach to physical well-being and self-awareness in each session.

SLOW FLOW

This class focuses on gentle sequences, syncing breath and movement. Beginning with grounding practices, the session progresses leisurely with mindful breathing, gentle poses, and a soothing relaxation period. This class leaves yogis feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and harmoniously balanced.

VINYASA

In a Vinyasa yoga class, practitioners gracefully flow through dynamic sequences through, synchronizing breath and movement.with The session kicks off with a grounding practice and intention setting, followed by a vibrant warm-up. Mindful breathing is emphasized throughout, allowing for exploration of a diverse range of poses, from invigorating standing postures to playful inversions. The class culminates in a serene relaxation period, leaving yogis feeling rejuvenated and harmoniously balanced.

YIN YOGA

In a Restorative Yoga session, individuals are invited to fully unwind by engaging in gentle, prolonged poses that target the body's deep tissues. Using supportive props such as bolsters and blocks, practitioners can sink into a state of relaxation, fostering flexibility and releasing accumulated stress. This practice serves as a sanctuary for rejuvenation, offering a tranquil space to decompress, find inner peace, and restore balance in both body and mind.
